What "In Transit, Arriving Late" Means

It means the package is still moving through the network but has passed the original estimated delivery date. Common causes: weather delays to Visayas or Mindanao, high holiday volume, routing through remote areas, and inter-island transport disruptions. Contact customer service at 8-585-999 if it persists more than 3 business days.

What "Delivered to Agent" Means

The courier delivered the package to an authorized representative — a family member, receptionist, office assistant, or helper — instead of the named receiver.
